EDNA IN THE DESERT is about a spoiled, tech-addicted thirteen year-old forced to survive without cell phone service, internet or TV for a summer at her grandparents' cabin.
It was published Sept. 2013 by Electio Publishing, an indie, Christian press in Little Elm, Texas.
A story of a modern teen's spiritual and (innocent) sexual awakening, it explores the widening gap between generations and how culture is changing with technology. Also, it's short.
